Leadership Development and Strategic Direction
In the major gifts fundraising business, we believe leadership is everything. Engaging savvy and influential community leaders in planning an organization’s strategic direction is an absolute essential for any nonprofit institution with ambitious long-term aspirations. It’s challenging work, and not many have an aptitude for it. This is where we earn our keep.
Planning and Implementation of Capital Campaigns
A successful capital campaign should be viewed as both a strategy for raising private capital and a management tool that repositions an organization as one worthy of significant investment. All of this requires leadership, the right personal chemistry and experienced professional guidance.
Building a Sustainable Culture of Major Gifts Philanthropy
There is a distinction between a Culture of Philanthropy and a successful fundraising program. A philanthropic culture that is sustainable embraces the philosophies of servant leadership, promotion of the common good, and an advancement program committed to personal stewardship. This mission is at the heart of our work.
Karen Waller and Bob Corder have been accomplished business colleagues for most of their professional careers. Collectively, institutions Bob and Karen have served have raised more than $3.5 billion in support of their respective missions.
